On January 20, 1961 John F. Kennedy took the oath of office to become the 35th president of the United States. He was the youngest man elected president, as well as the 1st Catholic and the 1st to be born in the 20th century. What many consider to be the most memorable part of JFK's inaugural address is his call to Americans to commit themselves to public service: "And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country." John F. Kennedy (1917–1963), the 35th President of the United States, led the nation during one of the most tense periods of the Cold War. Known for his handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis, push for civil rights, and vision for space exploration, JFK emphasized diplomacy, national sovereignty, and restraint in global power politics. His presidency ended abruptly with his assassination in 1963, leaving behind a legacy marked by ambition, controversy, and enduring influence. Clip credits @abc #usa #donaltrump #jfk #israel #iran
